Admission to Balian Springs is not included in spa treatments. Entry to the Club must be purchased separately.
A 20% mandatory surcharge is added to all Lilikoi treatments.
  • Additional gratuity is optional and left at your discretion. Gratuities are retained in full by the provider(s) performing the service(s).
  • Service Times Include preparation time
  • Please be present 30 minutes before the appointment to avoid any cancellation which will result in a 50% cancellation fee
  • Cancellations or changes to appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance for single services and 48 hours in advance for multiple treatments. A 50% charge will be applied to your credit card for failure to follow this policy. 
  • Cancelling a same-day/walk-in appointment less than 2 hours prior to the service will also result in a 50% charge. 
  • No-show appointments will be charged in full.
