We strongly recommend that you schedule spa appointments prior to your arrival at the Spa. Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card. We advise guests to be present 30 minutes before their appointment.

Please note that admission to the facility is not included in spa packages.

We kindly request that cancellations or changes to appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance for single services and 48 hours in advance for multiple treatments. A 50% charge will be applied to your credit card for failure to follow this policy. Canceling a same-day (walk-in) appointment in less than 2 hours prior will also result in a 50% charge. No-show appointments will be charged in full.

Mandatory 20% surcharge. Additional gratuities are optional.

Please notify our spa concierge if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments, special needs, or if you are pregnant. This information may also be completed on your Personal Care Guide upon arrival at the spa. These health considerations would affect your choice of services.

We suggest that you arrive one hour before your appointment’s time to sign in, change into your robe and slippers, and enjoy our luxurious amenities. Please remember to bring your bathing suit for our co-ed amenity space.

As a courtesy to following clients, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time and will be charged the full service fee.

Slippers, Robe, and a day locker will be provided for you upon arrival to the spa. Please remember to bring your bathing suit so that you can enjoy our co-ed amenity space. Disrobe to the level of your comfort. Undergarments are not necessary, but you may wear them during your treatment if you prefer. Our licensed therapists are trained to drape a sheet or towel over your body in a discrete manner, always assuring your privacy. For facials, we provide body wraps to cover the lower and upper half of your body.

All spa guests must be 18 or older to schedule a treatment.

In consideration of our other guests, we ask that you turn off your cell phone before entering the spa treatment area.

We accept all major credit cards or cash. We do not accept checks or money orders.

Please note that a mandatory 20% surcharge will be added for all a la carte services and day spa packages. Gratuities are optional and are left at your discretion. Gratuities are retained in full by the provider(s) performing the service(s).

Please do not bring or leave valuables in the facility or lockers. We are not responsible for any theft or loss of personal property, including jewelry or other personal items.
