GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards may ONLY be purchased at Balian Springs at either the front desk or check-out counter. Reprinting or copying any of our Gift Cards is prohibited. No extensions, refunds, or exchanges will be administered. Re-selling Gift Cards is strictly prohibited. Balian Springs reserves the right to deny acceptance of all purchased Gift Cards without notice or refund. 

BEHAVIOR

Balian Springs expects all guests to behave in an appropriate manner. Unruly behavior, any form of inappropriate activity, discrimination, and/or profanity may be cause for ejection. For the comfort of all guests, Balian Springs does not allow any form of public displays of affection, including but not limited to hugging, kissing, touching, sitting on laps, etc. Any individuals found loitering in areas or making other guests feel uncomfortable will be subject to immediate ejection without refund. 

PERSONAL ETIQUETTE

Refrain from loud conversations and/or noises, especially inside the sauna rooms and sleeping area, be respectful of your surroundings and others around you, and clean up after yourselves. Place all Balian Springs items, including used towels, toiletries, hair dryers, condiments, etc., in their appropriate place, so that others can enjoy them as well. Do not jump or splash inside the pools or act in a reckless manner. When in the nude locker room area, refrain from any activity or behavior that can or will cause discomfort to others, including, but not limited to, inappropriate behavior, any type of public displays of affection, staring or gawking, etc. Understand and respect the tradition of Asian and European “bath house” culture and act accordingly.

ALCOHOL AND CONSUMPTION

Any intoxicated persons will be denied entrance into our facility. For health and safety reasons, any persons who under the influence is not permitted in the sauna or steam rooms. Balian Springs holds a No Tolerance policy against Under-age drinking and drunk behavior. Guests found in possession of outside alcohol or drugs will be immediately dismissed from the premises, without a refund. No alcohol is to be brought on the property for any reason.

Balian Springs has limited alcoholic beverages to 3 total orders per guest. Guest can order 1 drink per order and are not allowed to order more than 1 drink at a time. 

CELL PHONE

Refrain from cell phone use inside the

• Saunas
• Locker rooms
• Aqua Lounges
• Quiet areas

No photography of any kind is allowed inside The Club without prior management approval. Unauthorized pictures will be required to be deleted as needed. 

Please be respectful and aware of your surroundings and those around you. 

DRESS CODE

Proper Balian Springs attire is required at all times. Robes or covers must be worn over your swimwear on all floors, with the exception of the pool and bath areas. No thongs or overly exposing swimwear is permitted. Swimwear with excessive adornment such as beading, strings, etc. are not allowed in the pools. Absolutely no outside footwear is permitted inside our facility, with the exception of inside the Fitness Center. Visitors are required to carry their personal and appropriate footwear to this area and wear them when using any of the equipment. For your own safety, long hair must be restrained with swimming cap or hair bun.  Absolutely no cotton t-shirts or non-swimwear pants will be allowed inside our pools.  Any individual that must wear shirts/pants inside swimming pool for religious or medical reasons, shall wear ONLY swimwear fabric. (i.e. wetsuit, swim grade shirts and swim grade pants), The Aqua Lounges are nudity optional – Enter at your own discretion. 

FACILITY USE, RESTRICTION, OR LIMITED ACCESS

Balian Springs reserves the right to close or restrict access, without advance notice, to any area of the facility for any reason. Any neglect or misuse of any Balian Springs property including, but not limited to, furniture, communal toiletry, equipment, Locker Keys, towels, robes, any rooms or facilities, etc., will be grounds for ejection. The cost of repair must then be compensated by visitor.

Elderly persons or persons suffering from heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, shall not use the spa pool without medical consultation. All guests agree to read all regulations and caution signs throughout the facility, especially by the saunas and pool areas. 

SMOKING

Balian Springs is a smoke-free environment. No reentry is allowed to the facility. Please note that if you choose to exit to smoke, you will not be allowed to reenter without paying the daily admission fee again. 

RESERVATION

Reservations are encouraged for all services. Please arrive to The Club 1 hour prior to your appointment. To avoid automatic cancellation and a penalty fee we ask that you check-in 45 minutes prior to any K-Scrub reservations and 15 minutes prior to any Lilikoi Day Spa reservations. By booking a reservation, you agree to the 50% 24-hour cancellation fee. If you fail to show up to your appointment without a 24-hour notice, you will be charged a 100% fee. As a courtesy to our staff and other clients, please note that canceled or rescheduled appointments with less than a 24-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee. Upon late arrival, service will be completed based on time remaining in reservation. Plan accordingly to accommodate traffic, weather, and outside factors.

INTERNET USE

Our Free Wi-Fi is a complimentary service offered to our guests. It should not be used to download any illegal documents or files, or any explicit materials. Balian Springs reserves the right to revoke this privilege from any guests.

CHARGES

LOANED ITEMS

All bags, robes, towels, and slippers must be returned to their designated areas upon exiting. Bags may be purchased at checkout for an additional $10.00. 

PAYMENT

The only acceptable forms of payment are cash, Discover, Visa, American Express, and Master Card. Cards must be physically present for use unless using Apple Pay. ID’s will be checked when needed.

SERVICE FEE

All Services and Therapies will be charged an automatic 20% service fee.  18% gratuity charges apply for all alcoholic beverages. Additional gratuities for exceptional service can be left at guests’ discretion.

REFUNDS

ENTRANCE FEE

Once you have checked-in, no refunds will be administered, even in the case of no-available spa reservations. Confirm a set reservation prior to your visit to ensure that desired services are available. No re-entrance onto premises.

CANCELLATION FEE

To avoid automatic cancellation and a penalty fee we ask that you check-in 45 minutes prior to any K-Scrub reservations and 15 minutes prior to any Lilikoi Day Spa reservations. ACCUMULATED BALANCE

No refunds will be administered. Diligently confirm your accumulated tab and always be conscious of your balance. This responsibility is left to each customer. Any issues or concerns must be addressed immediately.

LOST WRISTBAND (LOCKER KEYS)

Keep your locker key on you at all times. Any lost, stolen, or damaged locker keys will be the responsibility of the guest assigned to that number or others in the group. In the case of a lost key, you will be responsible for a penalty fee of $300. The accumulated balance made throughout the visit, including any addition cost resulting from misplacing the key, must be paid in addition to the penalty.

OUTSIDE ITEMS

PERSONAL BELONGS

You must store all personal items and clothing in your assigned locker. Make sure that your locker is security locked before leaving. Balian Springs will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items in the facility, vehicles, or lockers. Please note that Security boxes are available for rental for any valuable items. Items left in the Lost & Found will not be the responsibility of Balian Springs and will be available for pickup within 30 days.

No bags larger than 10″ x 12“ will be allowed inside. All bags will be subject to search upon arrival. Any larger bags will not be permitted inside the Club. Balian Springs will not be responsible to hold any personal belongings that are restricted to be on premise.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

In addition to, but not limited to, all items previously mentioned, the following are not permitted at any time:

• Firearms and explosives
• Chemical weapons, including mace and pepper spray
• Knives, or any sharp or spiked items
• Medical and/or drugs
• Animals
• Alcohol and other outside food and beverage

FOOD, DRINKS, AND OTHER OUTSIDE MATERIALS

No outside food or beverages are allowed inside. Guests must discard or finish any food or beverage prior to entering the facility.  Balian Springs will not store any food or beverages, no exceptions.

PHOTOGRAPHY

No photography of any kind is allowed inside The Club without prior management approval. Unauthorized pictures will be required to be deleted as needed. 

Distribution, publication, or any use of any photos taken of or within our facility is strictly prohibited. Balian Springs reserves the right to refuse admittance for photography or confiscate any recording materials.

ILLNESS

Balian Springs reserves the right to deny entrance to any persons with a contagious illness, skin conditions, or any conditions that make others uncomfortable and/or question Health Code regulations and cleanliness.

Balian Springs reserves the right to change or implement new policies without advance notice
