We strongly recommend that you schedule spa appointments before your visit with us. Reservations are subject to availability and must be reserved with a valid credit or debit card per our cancellation policy. We advise guests to be in the facility 1 hour before their appointment.

Please note that admission to the facility is not included in spa services.

We kindly request that cancellations or changes to appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance for single services and 48 hours in advance for multiple treatments. A 50% charge will be applied to your credit card for failure to follow this policy. Canceling a same-day (walk-in) appointment will also result in a 50% charge. No-show appointments will be charged in full.

Mandatory 20% surcharge. Additional gratuities are optional.

Some treatments may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions or health concerns. A doctor’s approval may be required in certain cases. Lilikoi Day Spa does not offer prenatal or oncology massage services at this time. Please contact us for more information and assistance.

We suggest that you arrive to Balian Springs one hour prior to your appointment time to check-in, change into your robe and slippers, and enjoy our luxurious amenities. Please head to our Lilikoi Day Spa 15 minutes prior to you schedule spa service to avoid late penalties. Please remember to bring your bathing suit for our co-ed amenity space

As a courtesy to following clients, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time and will be charged the full service fee. 

Slippers, robe, towel and a day locker will be provided for you upon arrival to the facility. Please remember to bring your bathing suit so that you can enjoy our co-ed amenity space. Disrobe to your personal level of your comfort. Undergarments are not necessary, but you may wear them during your treatment if you prefer. Our licensed therapists are trained to drape a sheet or towel over your body in a discrete manner, always assuring your privacy. For facials, we provide body wraps to cover the lower and upper half of your body.

All spa guests must be 18 or older to schedule a treatment.

In consideration of our other guests, we ask that you turn off your cell phone before entering the spa treatment area.

We do not accept spa reservations to be paid for ahead of time. All services and spa packages will be applied to your assigned wristband and payment will be resolved at our checkout stations. 

Please note that a mandatory 20% surcharge will be added for all a la carte services and day spa packages. Gratuities are optional and are left at your discretion. Gratuities are retained in full by the provider(s) performing the service(s).

Please do not bring or leave valuables in the facility, locker room area, or treatment room. We are not responsible for any theft or loss of personal property, including jewelry or other personal items.

Lost Wristbands will be subject to a $300 fee
